The new year is off to a good start with plenty of homes on the market. It is still a buyers market with home prices down and interest rates at an all time low. If you have been thinking about buying a home this could be the perfect time. You may never see rates this low again. Home prices have started to stabilize, the next step would be for prices to start moving back up along with interest rates. Don't miss out on this opportunity for some really great deals.
